- Mobile Money Payments

- Cash on Delivery (COD)

- COD may be available for certain deliveries within Nairobi and nearby areas.
- Some orders may require advance payment depending on the product type or order value.
- COD may not be available for deliveries outside Nairobi or for high-value equipment.
Availability of Cash on Delivery may vary depending on operational and logistical considerations.
- Orders Delivered Outside Nairobi
Orders shipped outside Nairobi are typically processed after advance payment has been confirmed.
Deliveries to other counties within Kenya may be arranged through courier or logistics partners.
Depending on the courier service used, customers may receive their orders through:
- Door-to-door delivery, or
- Collection from a designated courier pickup location.
Delivery arrangements and timelines are usually confirmed during order processing.
- Bank Payments
Customers may also complete payments through standard banking channels, including:
- Direct Bank Transfer
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
- RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement)
- Pesalink
- Cheque Deposit
If payment is made via cheque, order processing may begin after the cheque has cleared through the banking system.

- Payment Confirmation
