Single-Sided ID Card Printing

The SMART-51S is designed for single-sided card printing, making it suitable for organizations where the required identification information is printed on one side of the card. The printer uses direct dye-sublimation technology and supports edge-to-edge printing on compatible cards.

Full-Colour and Monochrome Printing

The printer supports both full-colour and monochrome printing. With a compatible YMCKO colour ribbon, it can produce colour identification cards, while monochrome ribbons can be used for applications requiring faster black-and-white card printing. IDP specifies speeds of up to 212 cards per hour for YMCKO colour printing and 720 cards per hour for monochrome printing.

300 dpi Colour Printing
